LEGAL LICENSE AGREEMENT
The following is the EULA (End User License Agreement) which
must be obeyed unconditionally for use of this proprietary
online business tool, named "ENewsletterBuilder.net System"
1. "ENewsletterBuilder.net" and "ENewsletterBuilder.net System"
is copyrighted and exclusively owned by Greyskye Marketing Consultants, LLC ("Greyskye"). Any unauthorized use, sharing or
copying of its contents are strictly prohibited, and enforced by U.S. copyright laws.
2. ENewsletterBuilder.net is an online tool to allow for unique licensees the creation, management and distribution of completely online subscription-based electronic newsletters, and is proprietary. All copy within the ENewsletterBuilder.net website, questions posed and answers formed are entirely subjective, and Greyskye is not responsible for any actions arising from use and/or results of this licensed tool.
3. ENewsletterBuilder.net offers a purchasable License of this web tool allow authorized Licensees to create, manage and distribute a completely online subscription-based electronic newsletter for their own subscribers. Greyskye is not responsible for any actions arising from any content generated by this/within this method. Any comments/complaints/litigation by any Licensee/Subscriber can and must be only directed to/shared with the licensee.
4. Purchasing of License to use the "ENewsletterBuilder.net System" is only allowed for use by Licensee, or a directly designated administrator. The "ENewsletterBuilder.net System" License may not be re-sold or re-marketed by anyone other than Greyskye. Violation of License Agreement by anyone is a violation of U.S. and international copyright laws and may result in appropriate legal action taken by Greyskye.
5. Upon completing this License Agreement, its data will be electronically transmitted to the headquarter offices of Greyskye, where it will not be shared with any third party.
6. After purchasing a License under ENewsletterBuilder.net, each Licensee will be granted their own unique License "key." Greyskye controls this "key," or direct access to user License. Any violation of this Agreement may result in forfeiture of Licensee’s License and/or any fee(s), suspension of Account, and/or any legal proceedings for which License is wholey financially and legally responsible.
7. Greyskye does not and will not have access to any data/records a licensee does. This includes but is not limited to written content, and subscriber information such as user names, passwords, addresses, and other critical data, e.g. credit card information. If, in the event, Licensee needs to share any of this data with Greyskye or anyone else, Greyskye will not be responsible for any actions arising from such access and/or misuse.
8. Upon registering acceptance of this License Agreement, a representative of Greyskye will contact the Registrant to discuss our fee(s), and present an Invoice for acceptance and possible purchase. Upon written acceptance/signing of Greyskye Invoice, Greyskye will require payment in full (USD) for the amount on Invoice. IMPORTANT: There are no refunds. Greyskye representatives will make every attempt to personally work with the licensees to answer questions regarding the building of their online newsletter with ENewsletterBuilder.net System, in addition to granting access to our online user manual and html “cheat sheet,” as described within this website. We make no guarantees as to the success and effectiveness of any newsletters/content or distribution generated by licensee.
9.Clicking "I Accept" and "Next" below signifies your acceptance of above. Shortly upon/after Greyskye receives an accepted License Agreement, Greyksye will make appropriate attempt(s) to contact Licensee to get the process moving. When licensee contacts Greyskye, Greyskye will make attempts to return message left in our "system" within 24-72 hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, EST). In the event no contact by Licensee is made within the first six months of License, Greyskye will discontinue its attempts to contact Licensee and will de-activate License. Re-activation will cost an additional $500.00 USD fee.
